Journey’s End <<Rest>> is a free company established in Final Fantasy XIV on Balmung server in 2020. Rest Manor, our guild's headquarters and home, is located in the Lavender Beds at Ward 27, Plot 28.Here at Journey’s End, we follow these guiding principles as individuals and as a company:Kindness, empathy, and respect above all else. These things are what differentiate a random group of players from a tight-knit company and family, and we can be at our best in an environment we know to be a safe space. Therefore, Journey’s End is an all-inclusive company with a zero tolerance policy on hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, harassment, et al.Elitism has no place in our community. From sprouts to savage raiders, we welcome players of all levels of experience. We play together, we grow together, we succeed together.Play the way you want to play. There’s room for all types of players at Journey’s End, from roleplayers to omnicrafters, from competitives to casuals. Play the way you’d like to play, and chances are, there will be someone in Journey’s End seeking the same goals. No one should feel pressured to play or do anything they’re not interested in.Communication is key. In order to foster a great community, it is important for everyone to communicate clearly and with consideration. If there are problems, please reach out to any company member with Leader or Officer status, and we will do the best we can to keep this place safe and amazing.

Journey's End is a small and growing guild with members of all skill levels (and item levels!). We are always looking for ways to help our members - including forming parties for duties and trials, helping in crafting items, and anything they need. Activities and events on our radar right now include:- Duty Roulettes/Trials
- Mount Farming
- Treasure Hunting
- Show streams and movie nights
- Holiday celebrations
- Raids and special timed/themed events
- Relic Weapon grinding
- Variety game nights (and more!)
